Bubbledogs serves exactly what it sounds like hot dogs and champagne! The restaurant itself is very rustic, brick work, wood and metals. The couple behind it Sandia and James have created a quite simple but amazing venue, perfect for a girlie catch up!
Like all restaurants nowadays they don’t take bookings but on my visit a 45minute wait, you can leave your number and they just drop you a call wasn’t so bad. I visited the pub just down the road!
The menu offers pork, beef and veggie options there a selection of options or plain naked. I tried the Mac Daddy with Mac & Cheese and bacon bits was delicious! I think the food was great but the menu is a little pricey at £7.50 a dog and perhaps just the hot dog itself won’t be filling enough. The sides I sampled the sweet potato fries which again were great but also £3.50! To complete the evening a glass of champagne!
